Installing the Windows

Installing the windows was one of the most transformative stages of the build, turning a plain van shell into something that finally felt like a living space. Careful measuring and marking were essential before making any cuts, as there is no going back once the metal is removed. After cutting the openings, the edges were treated to prevent rust and ensure a clean finish. The windows were then fitted with seals and secured in place, creating a watertight barrier. Instantly, the interior felt brighter, more open, and far more like a space ready for travel and adventure.
